As part of our ongoing development as a non-profit Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), we are seeking to diversify and expand the range of skills and expertise present amongst our voluntary Council Members. This is to further elevate our remit to promote and drive excellence and innovation within the jewellery industry through the prestigious annual Awards and related industry activities.
For the first time in its history, the GC&DC is welcoming applications from both those working in the trade and beyond — whether in sectors such as finance, design, education, advertising, fundraising, marketing, diversity and inclusion, alongside those with specialist industry experience in jewellery, silversmithing and the allied trades.
“Our voluntary Council Members form the core function of the GC&DC. Their role is to provide expertise, experience, knowledge, advice and support to the Council and its Trustees to further the GC&DC’s remit,”
“This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a tremendously creative and innovative industry. We are seeking individuals with a great passion and commitment to both the industry and the objectives of the GC&DC,” Peter Crump, chairman of the GC&DC.
