LAA Nominations 2026

The Lifetime Achievement Award

The Lifetime Achievement Award (LAA), sponsored by Thomas Fattorini Ltd., is given each year by the Goldsmiths’ Craft & Design Council to honour an individual who has made an outstanding and lasting contribution to jewellery, goldsmithing, silversmithing, or the allied trades.

This special award recognises individuals who have shown exceptional skill and dedication in their work, and who have helped to preserve and share the knowledge, techniques, and high standards of British craftsmanship and design.

The award celebrates people whose influence has shaped and advanced the UK’s jewellery, goldsmithing, and silversmithing industries, through creativity, innovation, and a commitment to supporting others. Their leadership, advocacy, and passion continue to inspire new generations.

Recipients of the Lifetime Achievement Award leave a lasting legacy that strengthens the identity, reputation, and international standing of British craftsmanship, helping to ensure that its skills, values, and spirit continue to thrive for years to come. They receive a medal engraved with their name, crafted by Thomas Fattorini.
